Help To Grow Taster Session

Categories: Salford Business School

For businesses, adopting new technology isn’t just an option, it’s vital for survival, and a new workshop could help small and medium sized enterprises in the region cope with changing times.

Technology can reduce operational costs, improve processes, link up different parts of a business and enhance a customer’s experience. However, it is important that digital adoption is done properly.

In this session, our industry experts will be sharing the best tips on how you can navigate the digital terrain and adopt the best technology that’s right for your business. It’s free to attend but you have to save your place. Reserve it here!

It is all part of the Help to Grow scheme, a Government funded course that aims to help SME’s boost productivity.

In this informal hour-long thought leadership discussion, leading experts will be on hand to discuss some of the challenges SMEs may face when adopting a digital strategy, as well as proposing some potential solutions.

Among the topics under discussion will be:

  • How can technologies improve my bottom line, optimise operational processes and increase productivity?
  • How do I know which technologies are the best fit for my company?
  • What is the best way to incorporate digitisation into my strategy?
  • How do I encourage a transformational digital culture?
  • What models or strategies might work well for my business?

We will aim to provoke some new ideas for you to take back to your organisation or team, as well as explaining how the University of Salford Business School Help to Grow Programme can help you improve your company’s engagement with technology.

This is a free thought leadership session aimed mainly at senior leaders of SMEs from all business areas; however, all those with an interest in the topic are welcome to join!
