International Women's Day

A selection of our female students and staff

International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated on 8 March every year. IWD has been celebrated for over 100 years and aims to celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness of discrimination and work towards gender parity.

This year's theme is 'Give To Gain' which encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration.

We're celebrating this International Women's Day by championing our students' success stories and sharing a selection of resources to accelerate action at Salford.
