Welcome events

University is about more than studying, which is why we've created a schedule of activities to welcome you to Salford. Our events will help you meet new people and get settled in to university life.

Starting from 12 January, there'll be a mixture of face to face and online events. Some you can take part in in your own time, such as on-demand videos, and others will be delivered live by our University teams and Students' Union. You'll be able to try all sorts of activities, pick up a new hobby (or rediscover an old one), and explore different social groups that you're interested in!
