Midwifery student delivers gold for Great Britain
British sprinter and University of Salford midwifery student, Success Eduan, became a European Champion at the weekend.
Alongside Dina Asher-Smith, Amy Hunt and Imani-Lara Lansiquot, Success won gold for Great Britain in the 4x100m relay at the European Athletics Championships. She also came 6th in the individual 200m final.
Jessica Craner, Midwifery Teaching Fellow and Success's personal tutor, said: "This achievement reflects the dedication and commitment Success demonstrates on the course. She is extremely motivated and proactive, consistently achieves high grades, and receives outstanding feedback from practice placements.
“We are very proud of her achievements and the positive example she sets for others.”
