This 2 day conference will meet the needs of children and young people as well as the wider society for those individuals with Autism transitioning to adult health care services. We will highlight areas of good practice to demonstrate how legislation and policy can support inclusive healthcare for all. Developed  in  partnership with Royal Manchester Children's Hospital and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
