Planning a Reunion?
Contact alumni@salford.ac.uk and tell us about it! At Salford, we love nothing more than welcoming our alumni back onto campus and taking you on a trip down memory lane. See below for how we can help you make it a really special occasion.
Book a Room
We can provide a room on campus for your reunion group to meet in with complimentary tea/coffee provided, please just email us with the numbers of guests you expect to attend and on which campus you would ideally like to meet.
There is also a range of chargeable hospitality options available, please contact us in order to be put in touch with the catering team.
Guided Tour
We can arrange for a current student to take you on a guided tour of the campus, so you can visit your old haunts and learn about our exciting new developments.

Accommodation
Hotel
The Holiday Inn at MediaCity offer our alumni an exclusive set price of £99 (inclusive of breakfast, WIFI and VAT) when they quote ‘University of Salford’
University Accommodation
If members of your reunion group plan to make it a longer trip (minimum of 5 days) the University can offer 3/4 person flats (with kitchen and bathroom facilities) at John Lester Court in the V Lodge Rooms. The accommodation includes bedding, towels, kitchen catering equipment, WIFI access, on site car parking and on site gym access.

Supporting the University Together

‘Welcome Back’ Alumni Packs
If you’ve booked a room on campus or have a tour organised with a student we ensure we provide your reunion group with University of Salford ‘Welcome Back’ Alumni Packs. Alternatively, you can organise with a member of our team to come and pick up a pack from our office at Humphrey Booth House (located close to the main Salford Campus).

Campus Opening Hours
The majority of the buildings on our campuses are usually open between 09:00 – 17:00 during both the academic semester and summer and there is 24 hours access to the library.
If there is a specific building or facility you wish to visit however, please let us know so we can ensure it will be open. Please see ‘Guided Tour’ for further information.
