Jess

Jess began her career in Primary Education that continued for over 22 years, during the majority of this time, Jess was a senior leader working in schools. As English lead, Jess was able to lead staff teams to raise standards and improve schools and results. In 2017, Jess was accepted as an SLE (Senior Leader in Education) and her role evolved into supporting a wider number of staff and schools to drive improvement. Jess and her team were shortlisted for a national TES (Times Educational Supplement) award in 2018 for their English work – leading a school from the bottom 5% to the top 5% in the UK.

Throughout Jess’s time as a subject lead, deputy and Headteacher she has created a coaching culture at the forefront of her leadership approach. Having led her school community safely through the pandemic Jess made a career change in 2020, specialising in recovery coaching. Jess works with leaders and managers at all levels and across a range of sectors and industries delivering accredited leadership and management and coaching and mentor training. She is also a trained executive level coach and is currently working with clients to support their own development journeys.

As a life-long learner, Jess’ thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement drives her to support others to achieve and be the very best version of themselves in both their work and personal life either through her training or coaching practice.

Michelle

Michelle is a highly qualified trainer and teaching professional with extensive experience of providing accredited training, psychological interventions and wellbeing services to individuals, groups & organisations. Michelle began her career in the field of psychology and from there moved into primary care within the NHS, completing postgraduate training in low intensity psychological therapies and undertaking CBT training; spending almost a decade delivering psychotherapeutic interventions to individuals and groups. With a growing passion for training and group work, Michelle moved over to work with De Montfort University and NHS Education to lead on a training programme for NHS therapists. During this time she completed her PGCert in higher education developing further knowledge and skills in learning theory and effective teaching methods, also developing her skills in the areas of curriculum and learning material design, assessment, quality assurance and learner support.

Michelle was previously a partner within a workplace wellbeing, professional skills and clinical supervision business, she is a strong advocate for the importance of empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to support their personal and professional wellbeing. Their work strongly focussed on assessing the individual needs of organisations and their people to provide relevant, applicable and accessible training to give strong return on investment.  Michelle has been delivering ILM and CMI training in Leadership and Management as well as Coaching and Mentoring since 2022. Michelle retains a strong passion for wellbeing and positive psychology.
