Upon completion of the course, Adam and Dave obtained an accredited Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 in Strategic Leadership.

As business owners who came from humble beginnings as owner operators to gaining ‘Medium Enterprise’ status this year, both myself and my business partner Dave Bailey decided to enrol on a course to develop our selves as Leaders. 

We looked for a long time to find a course that was meaningful and suited our needs for the skill gaps that we had identified. On meeting and talking to Shaun, Executive Education Manager at Salford Professional Development, about the options we were satisfied that the ILM Level 7 course fulfilled the criteria of what we were looking to achieve. 

After recently completing the class room based modules we are glad to say that the course exceeded all expectations on what was going to be delivered. The level of Tutors particularly was outstanding as they were all Business leaders in their own right from Blue Chip companies and a top level of expertise and experience I personally did not expect.
