What made you choose this course, are there any current challenges that you are hoping to overcome with this course? 

I was looking for a course which would provide me with new ideas and techniques on how I could become more effective as a leader therefore enabling me to bring out the best in my team and myself. The course was well structured providing a good balance between theory and workshop learning. Also, the opportunity to speak and listen to other managers from different industries and companies was really valuable.  

Would you recommend this course to others and why? 

I would recommend this course to any senior manager. The course gave me the opportunity to reflect on myself as a manager and recognise how I could adapt and change my management style and approach to bring the best out in me and in turn my team.

I have taken lots of things away from course and I now feel like I have the tools to do my job effectively and confidently.

Michelle and Jessica were both excellent trainers and lead the course well. They both gave enough time for group discussion and workshop leaning as well as more structured theory learning. The course was everything I wanted and more.
