Meet Phil, Executive Educations Consultant

Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do at SPD 

Hi, I’m Phil, a proud dad, a keen golfer and a rugby league fan. I work in the courses sales team.   

Can you name your most memorable highlight at SPD? 

I have had a lot of memorable moments since starting the position in June 2021 as the role is completely different to my previous roles, but I think my highlight would be landing my first group booking on my lead course with the Port Meirion Group. 

Why did you choose a career in sales?  

It chose me 😂 

How do you achieve a good/work-life balance?  

I am very target driven so I work hard to achieve daily goals but then I switch off by spending time with my kids and long dog walks.

What is one piece of advice you could give to your younger self? 

Grasp every opportunity that presents itself.
