Entry requirements

International Foundation Year

Applicants who have successfully passed the Abitur with an overall mark of 3 or more will be considered for the International Foundation Year.

Undergraduate

Applicants who have successfully passed the Abitur with an overall mark of 2.6 or more will be considered for undergraduate entry.

Applicants who have successfully passed the Fachgebundene Hochschulreife/Fachhochschulreife will generally be considered for undergraduate entry. Entry to specific programs may be assessed on a case by case basis.

Applicants who have successfully passed the Fachschulabschluss will be considered for undergraduate entry, or advanced undergraduate entry on a case by case basis. 

Postgraduate

Applicants who have successfully passed a German bachelor's degree with an overall mark of 3 or more will be considered for postgraduate entry.

English language entry requirements

We accept a mark of 10 or more on the Abitur English component as being equal to IELTS 6.0.
