Top Tips for "Top Digs*"

Calling all registered and continuing students! Are you looking for a new place to live in September 2019? Or are you planning to stay in your current accommodation? Whether you've found a house and are ready to sign, haven't even started looking yet, or will be remaining where you live now, make sure you take a look at our Top Tips.

If you haven't started looking for your accommodation yet, don't worry it's not too late, Campus Living Villages have some availability at John Lester and Eddie Colman and guarantee their best rate if students book before the February 28th. There are also plenty of properties available at www.manchesterstudenthomes.com.

Over the coming months we will be running Find-A-Home sessions to support students looking for accommodation, and the next one of these is scheduled in March. You can keep up to date on the event schedule at https://www.salford.ac.uk/students or by following @UoS_Students. You can also visit askUS in University House on Peel Park Campus for advice and guidance on finding a great place to live.

For further house hunting information and resources check out the 'Downloads and Resources' section at: https://www.salford.ac.uk/askus/our-services/accommodation/privately-rented-accommodation/housing-advice.

*for anyone who doesn't know – a slang word for where you stay, especially used for rented accommodation.
