Advice for students affected by rail disruption
Issues across the rail network have been causing problems for commuters this morning, and causing significant disruption to students traveling in for morning examinations.
Our advice to students is to plan your journey carefully and factor in extra time should you need to find an alternative route to reach your destination. If you arrive early to campus then there are quiet spaces available to chill out or grab a coffee prior to your exam, with University House open from 8am.
If you are running late then it is important that you do continue your journey to your destination as planned as the invigilators will then be able to advise you on what to do – they are prepared for all eventualities and will support you through this.
