World Mental Health Day

The World Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day on 10 October every year.

Mental wellbeing describes how you are feeling and how well you can cope with day-to-day life. It can change from moment to moment, day to day, month to month or year to year.

The University Counselling and Wellbeing services know that your mental health can impact your day to life and your studies at any point of the year but as it’s world mental health day we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we are here to support you.
