New askUS Opening Times!
If you're an early bird or a night owl (or if weekends are your thing) you'll soon be able to access the University's student support services at a time to suit you.
From 24th September 2018, askUS (the University's student support service), will be extending its opening hours for any quick queries and general enquiries you may have. The askUS team will be available for face-to-face support on Peel Park Campus, and will be at the ready on the telephone to take your calls. Live chat and email services will also be available.
During trimester 1 and 2 teaching weeks (from September to May) askUS will be open from 8am every weekday in University House – head up to the reception area and the team will be on hand to support you. For askUS evening services, between 5pm and 8pm from Monday through to Thursday, the team will be based in the University House Referral Lounge (just head up the stairs behind the reception desk for support).
Our weekend services will be delivered from Clifford Whitworth Library where we'll bring our services to you. We'll co-locate at the Ground Floor Enquiry Desk with our Library colleagues so you can get all the support you need in one place!
