Emotional Support

There are many ways you can access support for your mental health, in addition to our Counselling and Wellbeing Services there are a range of tools and services that are available.

Self- Help resources and information can be found on our website.

Salford University Students' Union have a confidential peer listening service available for you to discuss concerns and worries.

Online Counselling support can also be accessed through 42nd Street.

If you feel in immediate crisis we encourage you to contact your GP for an emergency appointment or access the Mental Health team at Accident and Emergency. Crisis support information can be found here.
