Are you struggling?

We are aware that sometimes your experience at University isn’t always as you might have expected and that it might be a difficult time. There is support available at times when you feel you have nowhere to turn.

We have Wellbeing advisers on hand to offer support or point you in the right direction. You can make an appointment by filling in our online referral form: Please be aware that sometimes it may take a little time to get an available appointment.

We realise sometimes you may have reached a point that feels hopeless or urgent. If you, or someone you know, are experiencing thoughts or feelings of suicide you may need some urgent support, please have a look at our crisis information where you can see all the avenues of support open to you:
