A message from Digital IT
We have recently made some changes to the way students access Microsoft Office on University computers and laptops. This means once you have logged on to a machine you may be asked to enter your University email address and password when you access Microsoft Office 365 products.
This can happen when you open Microsoft Office features such as Word, Excel, any of the online Office services through Office.com or through the Student Email tab on the Student Intranet. If you are presented with a prompt to enter your email address and password, please enter these, even if it seems like you have already entered the information, you will need to do it again.
We are working to improve this experience for students and thank you for your patience. We will keep you updated when improvements are made.
