Second Year Student Award

“To be nominated for this award means so much. Journalism students are hard working students. Between news days, placements, work and assignments I have put my everything into the course. However, it has never felt like work but a hobby. Being able to improve and see results in your work every week is so rewarding. This year I have made the best friends and built a wonderful admiral connection with the lecturers which will be a forever token of my university experience, so far. So being nominated, feels like a hug, both from myself and the course, it feels like a hug to say well done. A hug to say you have done it and a hug to say the late nights crying over premier pro and audition where worth it! Thank you because this feels like a stepping stone of motivation towards my final year.”
