ECR Group

The early career researcher (ECR) group is a mixed group made up of approximately 30-40 individuals within the School of Health Sciences who obtained their PhD within the last five years, or are working towards completion of their PhD as a member of staff within the School.

The group includes both contract research staff and permanent lecturing staff, with some members currently undertaking, or considering, PhD by publication.

The group has regular meetings, providing peer support and training to benefit the ECRs within the School. It also oversees the mentorship scheme for the ECRs.
