The toolkit was developed in collaboration with a group of experts within the field and used evidence from systematic reviews CILIP project and Health Librarian project) to underpin the approach. The toolkit provides a user friendly practical resource and guidance to help health librarians understand what outcomes to measure and how best to do this. The tools within will be used by all health libraries in England to annually demonstrate their performance and develop an ongoing picture of the impact of English health libraries.
