Plan your day

At the Open Day you will have the opportunity to attend lots of sessions to give you an idea of what studying at the University of Salford is like. To make the most of your day why not plan ahead by using the simple steps below.

Step 1 - Open Day guide

Download a copy of the guide to find out about all of the sessions taking place at the Open Day. This will give you more information on everything we have to offer, from presentations and drop-in sessions specifically for your course, to additional general sessions and where they are taking place. You can pick up a copy of the guide and a campus map when you arrive on campus too!

Step 2 - Where do I need to go

The University has three campuses: Peel Park, Frederick Road and MediaCity. When you arrive on campus head to your check-in point where you will be given a copy of the guide and pointed in the right direction for your sessions.

Step 3 - Attend sessions

All of our courses will have a drop-in today where you can chat with our academic staff. Some courses have a presentation as well so be sure to check the guide for these. We are also running a number of general information sessions throughout the afternoon to help you find out more about life at Salford. You can hear from our current students about their experiences studying at Salford, find out more about fees and funding or drop-in to chat with out student support team, askUs.

Step 4 - Take a tour

Join one of our campus tours led by our friendly student ambassadors. Tours will be taking place on each of our campuses. Our accommodation site John Lester and Eddie Colman, will be open for you to take a look around.
