Coaching and Mentoring is an important skill set for managers, it can be useful as an everyday skill for all staff in helping us to work well together.
Periodically the Learning & Development team run a 1 year coaching qualification (ILM L5 in Coaching & Mentoring) to boost advance coaching skills within the University. These people, once qualified, also form part of our coaching pools providing formed impartial coaching to staff.
