Organisational Development (OD)

This is a multi-specialist team who focus on policy development, project management, L&D, and organisational development.  A key focus of this team is to create learning & development interventions and training courses that enable management development and operational capability within the University.  This team also manage the HR policy portfolio and manage internal strategic projects.  Overall the team aim to both deliver on the HR division's strategic project and policy initiatives, and, partner the business in cultivating a High Performance Culture.
