Our Diversity Advisor supports the University to achieve its legal duties and provides advice, guidance and training on a wide range of diversity issues as well as co-ordinating the bullying and harassment, and mediation services, and supporting staff support networks. The Diversity Advisor is responsible for ensuring the organisation has in place a meaningful equality and diversity strategy underpinned by effective arrangements for delivering equality such as arrangements for assessing policies, monitoring equality outcomes and annual reporting.
