A day in the life

Rebecca Murray is an Exercise, Physical Activity and Health (EPAH) (now named BSc Exercise, Nutrition and Health) student.

Rebecca used to be a Financial Advisor and had been in finance all her life. She had always had a keen interest in health and exercise so started to research courses. Rebecca stumbled on Salford and once she had read the information, she knew that it was the course for her.

Rebecca's main reason for coming back to uni was her interest in the childhood obesity epidemic. She was keen on working in the promotional side of public health and physical activity to see how it is aligned to writing policies and commissioning new services for children. Rebecca wanted to be in a position  where she could influence the future of the country.
