The Estates Division Help Desk offers a single point of contact with the Estates Division to assist you. If you have an Estates related problem or concern the Help Desk will gladly assist you.
You can log any building or estate related issues directly onto our Facilities Management Database via https://cafm.salford.ac.uk/cafmnet.

Outside of these hours, calls are redirected to Security. If an emergency arises outside of these hours, please phone security on extension 54773 (0161 295 4773 external).
Once full details of your request/job are entered onto our Facilities Management Database, directly or via our Helpdesk Operator, you will receive a unique number by e-mail confirming your request.
If you have any enquiries concerning progress of your job, please log on to the online system above or quote your reference number to the Help Desk.
On completion of the job you will receive confirmation that the job has been completed and will be invited to give feedback on the service provided.
