The service is accessed via the Microsoft Service Portal using Internet Browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer recommended). The link to the service portal is: https://login.microsoftonline.com/
All users are required to login to the service portal using their Office365 email address and a password - initially supplied to each student when they join the University.
The installable versions of Office apps are downloaded via the Office365 service portal. Consult this page for installation instructions for PC or Mac, or this one for mobile devices.
Any device on which the installed versions of Office apps are used must be connected to the internet at least once every 30 days in order to verify the user’s licence; at other times, no internet connection is needed.
