The Audio Visual service supports many University activities, including conferences and events. With its wealth of experience, the Audio-Visual Team will guide you through your event and advise on the best possible technology or solution.
If you are organising an event such as a conference or a high-profile meeting, for which you need the support of a dedicated Technician to advise you, please use the Audio-Visual Booking Form—tick the box labelled: ‘Please provide a technical call back for a conference or event I’m planning’, and under the ‘Further comments or request additional service or support’ section, describe your event requirements. A member of the technical support team will then contact you.
If you are an external visitor hiring a room please call the Conference and Events Team on 0161 295 5374, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
