For requests outside of the normal operational hours please use the further comments field at the end of the form.
Although equipment 'Time out' bookings are shown as the hour, the teaching period finishes at ten minutes to the hour which allows time for changeover time. Please see timetabling information regarding teaching period length.
Please note: The technician cannot wait more than ten minutes after the booked time in for a member of staff to arrive due to other booking commitments and cannot leave the equipment unattended due to security concerns. Please ensure that the time you book the equipment for is when you will be in the relevant room to receive the equipment.

The requesting department is responsible for the safe keeping and care of the equipment while in its possession. Should the equipment be damaged or stolen while on loan, the department may be held responsible for any claims or excesses in accordance with the University Insurance Policy.
