Can I still apply to start university in September?
If you’ve not applied yet, or have applied already and changed your mind about your chosen course, don’t worry – it’s not too late! Have a look at the information below, and if you still have any questions, our contact details are at the bottom of the page.
I missed the UCAS deadline of the 15 January, can I still apply to start in September 2020?
Yes! We are still accepting applications for courses through UCAS after the 15 January. If you apply before the 15 January, your application is known as on-time and those applications will be dealt with first, before we review any applications that have come in later.
We cannot guarantee that your application will be considered, as we may fill our places with on-time applicants, but you can still apply. As usual, visit www.ucas.com for more information and to make your application.
I've applied through UCAS already but I’ve changed my mind about my course. What can I do?
If you’re sure you don’t want to take up any of the offers you’ve had, you can apply for a new course and university through UCAS Extra. To apply, you will need to decline all the offers you’ve had, so make sure you’ve thought this through and you’re sure this is right for you. If you’d like to talk to us about this, please call 0161 295 4545 and we can talk you through your options.
I missed all your Open Days and I want to apply for 2020, can I still visit?
You can also come along to our June Open Day. While this will be focused primarily on applicants for 2021 entry, if you’re interested in starting in 2020 you’re more than welcome to come along. We’ll run some Q&A sessions about Clearing to explain how this works.
