I am a dual qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a degree in law and 30 year’s experience of construction projects around the World.
As an experienced Claims Manager and Expert Witness, with extensive international experience on high value international construction projects I have been instructed on complex disputes in the following sectors: building, manufacturing, nuclear, offshore, oil and gas, petrochemical, power, process, rail, water and wastewater.
I have considerable international experience gained in the CIS, Europe, Middle East, South East Asia, South America and USA.
I also have a wide range of dispute avoidance and international dispute resolution experience on construction projects.
