From Salford to Overseas
Having international experience, gaining an understanding of different cultures, and developing sought-after language skills, are all-important attributes that going abroad gives you, and make you stand-out.
When you study at the School of Arts and Media, you have access to the opportunity to study abroad as part of your learning.
Erasmus+ is a European Union programme for education and is the primary scheme for studying and working abroad within the participating European countries. It allows you to study abroad for three to twelve months.
To find out more about participating in the scheme, visit our dedicated Erasmus+ pages for further information.
The School of Arts and Media's partnerships with institutions around the world means you have an opportunity to complete part of your studies in the USA, Canada or Australia.
By undertaking an international exchange, you will study modules that complement your studies at Salford. Credits accumulated while abroad will be added to your Salford records, and you will continue to receive your student finance maintenance loan while on placement.
