Business and Leadership Apprenticeships

Business students working together

The local industrial strategy highlights the need for strengthening the leadership and management capacity of businesses in our city region and this has been identified as a strategic priority.

Management and leadership roles across all sectors are crucial to the rebuild of our economy and now is the time to invest in those staff who have managed the current challenging situation with unwavering commitment as we look towards recovery.

Focusing on the development of your staff is a great way to acknowledge their work and ensure the skills and knowledge within your workforce are harnessed and nurtured for the benefit of all and to ensure an even stronger future workforce.
