The interview process itself will present you with the opportunity to meet the tutors and engage with other applicants. The interview day will consist of a group practical task and a short piece of writing. Please expect to be at the interview for approx. two hours.
If you have applied for more than one course please make this clear at the interview as one interview usually covers all courses within the Broadcast Media directorate, School of Arts & Media.
On arrival, you should report to the reception in the MediaCityUK building (Postcode: M50 2HE), which is located on the MediaCityUK Campus. If you visit www.salford.ac.uk/about-us/travel you will find a map of the campus and details of transport links to the University.
Please note that we are unable to look after any bags/luggage for you on campus so please bear this in mind.
If you are unable to make your interview date, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this. In some circumstances we may be able to offer an alternative date however we cannot guarantee this. Please contact us on 0161 295 4545 and select the option for interview queries.
If you do not wish to attend your interview we will not be able to continue with your application to the University of Salford. Please email us on enquiries@salford.ac.uk stating your intention to withdraw your application and we will make your application unsuccessful on UCAS. Please quote your full name, date of birth and UCAS ID number to enable us to deal with this efficiently.
