How to access this event

To access the Presentations, please follow these three steps. If you have any difficulty with any of the steps please click on the live chat icon at the bottom right of your screen and one of our team will help you:

Step One: Open this webpage in Google Chrome using a PC or laptop (other browsers/devices will work but can’t guarantee their functionality)

Step Two: Select the session you would like to attend from the drop-down menu above and click the link to the Presentation Room

Step Three: Enter your first name and surname and click Join Session. Note: if you have not used Collaborate before it will ask you about your mic and camera settings – you do not need to grant access to these as we have disabled all mics and cameras

You should now be in the Presentation Room! To ask us a question please click on the two arrows symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and this will open a chat box. You can post a question in the main Chat Room for others to see, or if you have a private question for a member of staff you can click the three dots to the right of their name.
