Need further information?
We're here to help support you and answer and queries you may have. Get in touch with our friendly team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, live chat or phone +44 (0)161 295 4545.
We're all working at home at the moment, but still available as normal.
Also take a look at our FAQs below for more information about our Applicant Events.
The next Applicant Visit Day is taking place on Saturday 25 April 2020.
Applicant Events are more focused than an Open Day, so they are for offer-holders only. Within a week of being made an offer to study with us, you will receive an invitation to book your place.
We recognise that your parents, carers and supporters might want to ‘attend’ the event as well, and just as we would encourage them to come along to an on-campus event with you, they’re welcome to join the online events too. They can either book separately, indicating they are a parent or supporter, or they can listen over your shoulder!
To access the Presentations, please follow these three steps. If you have any difficulty with any of the steps please click on the live chat icon at the bottom right of your screen and one of our team will help you:
Step One: Open this webpage in Google Chrome using a PC or laptop (other browsers/devices will work but can’t guarantee their functionality)
Step Two: Select the session you would like to attend from the drop-down menu above and click the link to the Presentation Room
Step Three: Enter your first name and surname and click Join Session. Note: if you have not used Collaborate before it will ask you about your mic and camera settings – you do not need to grant access to these as we have disabled all mics and cameras
You should now be in the Presentation Room! To ask us a question please click on the two arrows symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and this will open a chat box. You can post a question in the main Chat Room for others to see, or if you have a private question for a member of staff you can click the three dots to the right of their name.
