Senate and its committees assure the quality and standards of taught and research programmes to enhance the richness of student experience.
The University’s Executive supports the Vice-Chancellor in providing strategic leadership and management to ensure the University is a solvent and academically successful enterprise according to the strategic goals, schemes of delegation, resolutions, policies and processes approved by Council.

The University’s Semester dates and Academic Year structures (including timetabling weeks) are available up to 2013/14.
The Almanac is an academic year calendar of key University dates, providing semester dates as well as dates of key governance and management committee meetings.
