Our Open Days taking place during 2019 are aimed at those looking to start their studies in 2020. If you’re hoping to study in 2021 and you’re getting ahead of the game, you’re very welcome too.
Of course! Choosing a university is a big decision, so we’d absolutely encourage you to bring anyone along who might support you with it.
You can let us know about your access requirements when you book onto our Open Day. We’ll then work with you to do everything we can to support your visit. Below is some general accessibility information that you may find useful.
Access to buildings and routes around campus
We have worked closely with DisabledGo (the leading provider of access information for disabled people in the UK) to produce an assessment of our campus and facilities.
This work has provided detailed information about our access, and you can find their assessment of our campus and facilities here.
Accessible car parking
We have accessible car parking spaces across campus.
All University building are equipped with a Deaf Alerter radio-based fire alarm warning and public address messaging system.
Salford Crescent train station
Salford Crescent train station is on campus, but is not part of the University. Access is by steps or lift.
Please contact Disability and Learner Support for study related support.
