Learn how to save a life at our 'CPR pit stop'
Tuesday 31 October 2017 is ‘Restart a Heart Day 2017’ and North West Ambulance Service will be here on campus teaching people how to save a life from 10am-2pm. The sessions will work like a ‘pit stop’ and take place on either the Broadwalk or atrium of the New Adelphi building (weather dependent).
You can pick up some skills in just ten minutes and the training is completely free.
The event builds on the success of Restart a Heart Day 2016, which saw more than 16,500 students in the North West, and 150,000 nationally, trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills. The event will be repeated this year with a national training target of 200,000 students.
All staff and students are welcome. For further information please contact
