How are you?
November can be a tough month – the weather is getting colder, nights are drawing in and deadlines and exams are looming. With all these pressures, it’s important to take some time out to focus on your wellbeing and make sure you have the support you need to get the most out of your time at Salford.
We have lots of workshops taking place which can help you do this, covering all sorts of topics from mindfulness to stress management.
