Come along to our free eight-week mindfulness course
A free eight-week mindfulness course is being launched by our wellbeing team.
Starting on Wednesday 08 March, the course aims to help you become more present, focused and less judgemental. Mindfulness has also been found to help participants manage stress, anxiety and low mood.
If you want to come along, you are not obligated to come to every session and can sign up for individual sessions, if you like. Have a look at the available sessions here.
In addition to this, our Wellbeing team are also running a stress management workshop at Eddie Colman and John Lester Court.
Taking place at 10am on 17 March, this workshop will help you understand what stress is, why it is so different from person to person and how it manifests in us all. It goes on to look at a multitude of ways in which you can become more stress-resilient and put these techniques into place to improve your wellbeing. Book on to this here.
