Car park changes on campus

There are a number of changes to parking on the Peel Park campus you need to be aware of.

The first of these changes is at the Lowry and Delaney car parks at your new student residences. Here, the operating times for the barriers and shutters will now operate as follows:

Lowry 6am-6pm access controlled by barriers,

6pm-6am access controlled by shutters.

Delaney 6am-10pm access controlled by barriers,

10pm-6am access controlled by shutters.

Please note the Lowry car park is for students who hold a valid pre-paid permit. Delaney car park is for students who hold a pre-paid car parking permit and live in Peel Park residences or for students who wish to pay by tokens. Parking penalties will be issued for incorrect use.

Tokens cost £4 and token machines are located in the foyers of Clifford Whitworth, Maxwell, Allerton and Mary Seacole buildings.

The other car parking change is for those of you who park outside Salford Museum & Art Gallery. From Sunday (November 1) you will now be issued with a parking violation notice, if you do not park in a designated parking bay.
