Semester two fitness class timetable goes live
Our Semester 2 Fitness Class Timetable has gone live, with plenty of fresh class options for our members!
In addition to popular classes such as Zumba and body conditioning, we have three new classes available to members – Strength and conditioning, clubbercise and dance barre.
Strength and conditioning, which takes place at 6.15pm every Wednesday, will help to improve your body composition, strength levels and physical performance, clubbercise, which takes place at 6.15pm every Thursday, is a high energy dance class which will bring the fun back to your workout, while dance barre, which takes place at 6.15pm every Tuesday, will train you like a dancer and help you find your ballet body.
If you are yet to become a member, you can purchase a ‘choice’ membership’ or an ‘all in’ membership. The ‘choice’ membership is available at £12 a month and gives you access to ONE of the following - the 4 Fitness Suites, Swimming Pool area(including Sauna and Spa), all the Fitness Classes or squash court hire – while the ‘all in’ membership is available at £18 a month and gives you access to all of the above.
