Students learn about and evaluate evidence-based best practice to improve sustainable management skills and capability.
The programme runs on a blended delivery model. Consisting of a mixture of block classroom delivery and on-line learning. Modules are delivered over a twelve-week block with students attending taught sessions for two days each month. Teaching combines academic expertise and real-world experience, ensuring that learning is practical, relevant and industry-focused.
Assessment for each module is both formative and summative. Each taught module consists of two pieces of summative assessment that will be workplace based. Formative assessment with feedback will be provided during formal contact periods and through student centred activities which will be presented on the University Virtual Learning Environment. All students will take an End Point Assessment on completion of the Degree programme consisting of two assessment methods. A project showcase based on a work-based project and a professional discussion.
The full programme will be completed within two and a half years with a minimum of 20% off -the-job training.
