Working in close partnership with Salford Professional Development Ltd, The Pacific Institute have developed a number of courses, most notably the Leading through Change series, which is aimed at helping ensure that the workforces of organisations up and down the country are given the relevant tools and knowlegde to become effective leaders through a period of constant change.
