Innovas Consulting Solutions was established in 2006 building on over 20 years experience in consultancy to both the public and private sector to create a Competitive Edge for People, Places and Organisations.

Organisation Development

A core area for Innovas is the development and delivery of Organisation Development solutions for the public, private and voluntary sectors. Within this we offer:

• Consultancy: Innovas works with organisations to develop a clear strategy and to build the skills capability necessary to deliver it; and to design and evaluate development programmes.
• Management & Leadership Development: with our team of associate trainers we have developed a complete portfolio of management and leadership development programmes from half day sessions through to full 8 day programmes. We offer both open courses and tailored in-house solutions.
• Training Programmes: a series of short training development programmes are also available focusing on core commercial and management skills. Current issues such as; understanding and using the power of social media; creating sales through Linked-In, and media communications using Twitter; form part of this suite which are offered as open courses and/or tailored solutions delivered for single organisations.

Innovas and Salford : an ongoing collaboration

Innovas has a long-term relationship with the University building on a history of working together as individuals for over 20 years and as organisations since 2006. In these last few years we have jointly carried out several strategic assignments for the Welsh Government, Yorkshire Forward, EU Commission, MIDAS, and the NHS. For these projects we have developed joint teams and built a solid reputation for quality, reliability and innovation bringing together academic excellence with practitioner insight.

Building directly on this base we have together developed and delivered Leadership Development programmes for the NHS and recently have been jointly appointed to the national faculty for the NHS Leadership Academy.

The establishment of Salford Professional Development Ltd has coincided with the further development of Organisation Development services within Innovas. Together we have now agreed to jointly develop, market and deliver a suite of Management Development One day Programmes for the Public, Private and Voluntary Sectors. In addition we will be exploring joint opportunities to design and deliver tailored programmes and Organisations Development Solutions for individual organisations.

Our first joint one-day programme: Compassionate Management through Challenging Times - responding to the impact of NHS Reform 2013; has just been launched.
