Recent years have seen an increased demand for couples counselling however there has been a lack of sufficiently trained couples counsellors and few opportunities to attend in-depth organised training within the North of England.
There is now a wider awareness of the impact that the increased rates of family breakdown can have on individuals, and an increased awareness in the number of alternative relationship and family structures that co-exist within our society.
