This workshop will be a comprehensive two day introduction to Transactional Analysis (TA), officially recognised by the European Association for Transactional Analysis and the International Association for Transactional Analysis.
TA is a rich therapeutic framework, which has also has a wide range of applications in everyday life. It is widely used in counselling and psychotherapy, and also in organisational development and educational applications as either as an approach in itself, or as a 'toolbox' of ideas that practitioners from other approaches can draw upon. Although TA was developed from psychodynamic thinking, it is a humanistic approach which is simple to understand and is accessible to clients to help develop insight, awareness and to support their process of change.
