You will be working as part of a successful, dynamic and proactive sales team in a vibrant office environment. Your primary focus is to develop new customer relationships through a consultative sales method which qualifies an understanding of the benefits that can be achieved through training and learning programmes.
This is primarily a telephone and email position involving profiling of accounts, meeting generation and prospect building. The role will involve an account management element and depending on the success level of each sales person, lead into a more external client facing position managing a portfolio of key accounts.

The following are detailed attributes required for the role of Account Executive. Qualifications
The successful candidate should have:
A, I, P, T
General education to at least ‘O’ Level/ GCSE standard or equivalent, including
English & Maths
Recognised IT qualifications or equivalent work experience
Background and Experience
Experience delivering quality outcomes in a fast paced, target driven operational environment to timescales
Ability to focus and achieve results through the development of strategic consultative relationships at a senior level
Strong track record of 2 years in sales
Experience in prospecting for new business.
Demonstrable track record of Key Account Management
Experience in sales forecasting
The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of:
Knowledge and understanding of the sector
Social media marketing skills to assist in the promotion of products and services
Skills and Competencies
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
Desire to contribute effectively to continuing success/development of SPD and its quality systems
Be able to demonstrate excellent commercial, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to identify customer business needs in order to cross sell products, sales offerings, and solutions for the customers.
Excellent ICT skills with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
Tenacity to get things done.
Strong track-record in maintaining customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Ability to work efficiently & accurately, with meticulous attention to detail
